Comprehensive Evaluation And Its Application On The Quality Of Automated System Integration Project With The Example Of Jin Beiyanfeng,Shenyang

Premier Li Keqiang first put forward the grand strategic plan of "Made in China 2025" at the national two sessions,the goal of which is to enhance the scientific and technological content and influence made in China by focusing on the development of advanced equipment manufacturing industry.The ambitious strategic plan puts higher demands on the quality of products made in China.Taking the quality management theory as the starting point,the basic introduction to the automated system integration field and the current status of research in project quality management from domestic and global perspective are expounded in this article with emphasis on the application of the comprehensive evaluation method in the project quality measurement and its evaluation.The analytic hierarchy process method is applied to select quality evaluation index and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is also applied to assess the quality of automated system integration project.Meanwhile,taking JinBei-Yanfeng,Shenyang project as a part of real-world case of application,the theory achieved in this article is applied in this case to assess the quality of JinBei-Yanfeng project and the result of project quality assessment has been proved to be consistent with the actual quality of this project.Finally,some suggestions are also made based on result of assessment for quality improvement.The significance of this article is to help those enterprises in the field of automated system integration industry solve the problem of quality management in the course of project operation.
