Research On Evaluation Of Integration Of Comprehensive Budget Management Information System

With the development of the enterprise management, more and more companies have been implementing comprehensive budget management into increasing. However, the lack of IT support and the unified data—haring platform lead traditional comprehensive budget management have ill capability for transforming the corporate strategic planning to execution. In addition, loose integrated internal information system results in information asymmetry, which is considered as one of the biggest obstacles in modern enterprise management. In the process of enterprise development, it is believed that well operation of modern management model is based on the centralized management of information resources. Thus, information technology will be the critical factor for the achievement of comprehensive budget management and the symmetry of information resources. The way to improve the total budget management by information technology and the establishment of an effective to comprehensive budget management information system as well as the evaluation of it becomes a heated issue around scholars and enterprise management.The paper analyses the literature and monographs on comprehensive budget management and evaluation of information system implementation effect, and then addressed the current enterprise group’s comprehensive budget management content system as well as the existing problems through which the author put forward integrated CBM system model and built the evaluation model via the method of Analytic Network Process. The X Company, as a case of the empirical analysis, will be the object of the application of the model.
