Research On The Financial Diagnosis Of Shenghe Resources Enterprises' Value Chain Under Harvard Framework

With the rapid development of science and technology,rare earth elements play a very important role in the fields of high-tech industry and national defense security.Many developed countries have reserved rare earth as an important strategic resource.In the early development of rare earth industry in China,the mode of rough mining and abusing has been adopted,which has caused a lot of damage to the environment.Since the 21 st century,the national government and industrial enterprises have gradually realized the importance of rare earth resources.In 2011,the State Council promulgated "Several Opinions on Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of Rare Earth Industry",and began to rectify this abusing and wasting phenomenon.The phenomenon of rare earth black mining has been fundamentally improved.In the 13 th Five-Year Plan put forward by the government in 2015,the development of manufacturing industry was given priority.Rare earth,as an important material for industrial production,was also given priority attention.It was welcomed in the spring of industrial development and faced unprecedented challenges.Firstly,this dissertation introduces the integration of Shenghe Resource company's value chain,then uses Harvard Framework to make a concrete analysis of its accounting and finance.Based on the above analysis,it forecasts Shenghe Resource enterprises' prospects at the strategic level.First of all,the strategic analysis,through SWOT analysis method,carries on the concrete analysis to the macroscopic external situation of rare earth industry and the competitive ability of Shenghe resources.Secondly,accounting analysis,identification and analysis of key accounting subjects,checks the quality and credibility of Shenghe Resources enterprises' Accounting System implementation.Furthermore,financial analysis,in-depth analysis of its financial statements from 2014 to 2017,assesses its financial competitiveness.At the same time,combining with the future development trend of rare earth industry,the prospects of Shenghe resources enterprise are analyzed.Finally,according to the diagnosis and analysis of the problems,the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward to provide reference for rare earth resource-based enterprises to formulate value chain integration strategy.
