In 2012,the debt crisis in Europe and the United States,the global economic recession and other circumstances,agricultural enterprises general losses.With the slow recovery of the international economy and the support of national policies in 2015,agricultural enterprises gradually emerged from the dilemma.However,the three major difficulties in planting,producing and selling are still in existence.The fund chain of agricultural enterprises is fragile,the inventory price is lost,and the financial risks of raw material prices are higher.In the increasingly severe competition environment,agricultural enterprises must accurately judge the future development situation,adjust the enterprise strategy timely and make scientific decisions.In order to avoid the traditional statement analysis the limitations of "only pay attention to ignore the real data,this paper research on financial diagnosis choose harvard analysis framework,the N group co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as" N ")as the research object,through the four levels of harvard analysis framework(strategy analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis)financial diagnosis.First,analyze the macro environment from the strategic perspective of the company and make Suggestions to the company's strategic decision;Then from the shallow depth,from accounting policies and accounting estimates related accounting information(accounts receivable,inventory,fixed assets,etc.)to the financial statement data indicators to gradually analyze the diagnosis;Finally,this paper puts forward the problems and countermeasures of the above financial diagnosis results,and makes a reasonable prospect for the development prospect and development direction of the company in the long run.
