| BeiLuoXiao National Forest Park is located in the southeast of Pingjiang County,Yueyang City,Hunan Province.It is the first forest park in China to declare success in the name of an university.The park covers an area of 2800 hectares.The forest coverage rate has remained above 95%for many years.The forest boasts rich resources.The mountains in the territory overlap,and stands upright.It is an ideal tourist attractions for eco-tourism and leisure vacation.The BeiLuoXiao National Forest Park is currently in the initial development stage.It has unique conditions for ecotourism and has great potential for ecotourism development.In fact,eco-tourism aims to protect the local ecological environment and use natural ecological resources to provide people with the value of forest ecological services.As a native of the forest park,the community residents act as masters and the protection of ecological environment resources cannot be separated.Their sense of ownership and love for their living environment,therefore,the development of eco-tourism is inseparable from the participation and support of community residents.Based on the review of domestic and international community participation in ecotourism research,this paper selects BeiLuoXiao National Forest Park as the research object according to the theory of ecotourism,community participation theory and related stakeholders,and designs it through field research and literature review.Using EXCEL and SPSS22.0 to process the questionnaire data separately,through questionnaire 1 to analyze the basic situation of community residents and the willingness to participate in ecotourism development,participation preferences and development obstacles,and explore community participation in ecotourism development through questionnaire 2 The influencing factors to the system follow the development strategy of the ecological tourism of the BeiLuoXiao National Forest Park.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part(including the first and second chapters)elaborates on the research background and theories including ecotourism related theory,community participation theory and related stakeholder theory;the second part(including the third and the third The four chapters include the analysis of the status of BeiLuoXiao National Forest Park and community participation and community participation in the development of forest park ecotourism.The current situation is explained from the current situation of tourism resources in forest parks,the status of tourism development and the status of community participation.The basic cognitive system of the forest park.The fourth chapter analyzes the community residents’willingness to participate in ecotourism development,participation preferences and participation barriers,as well as the influencing factors of community participation in ecotourism development.The third part is the fifth chapter,which is based on the analysis results to provide strategies for the community to participate in the development of ecotourism in the BeiLuoXiao National Forest Park,mainly from the ecotourism development strategy,the community participation in ecotourism development strategy and the community participation in ecotourism development.The sixth chapter of the final part introduces the main conclusions,deficiencies and prospects.On this basis,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)The BeiLuoXiao National Forest Park has outstanding advantages and is rich in ecological tourism resource endowment conditions.(2)The community’s economic level is ideal,and community residents have a strong willingness to develop ecotourism.(3)Community residents’participation methods are mainly biased towards contracting part of the tourism project management rights,participating in the operation of the hotel,resort or farmhouse,and tend to cooperate with tourism developers.(4)There are 8 main influencing factors of community participation in BeiLuoXiao Forest Park,including economic driving factors,government support factors,community support factors,participation ability factors,resource sustainability factors,third-party organization driving factors,and government-enterprise relationship factors.Non-economic drivers.(5)The influencing factors of community participation in BeiLuoXiao Forest Park are ranked according to the degree of influence,followed by economic driving factors,government support factors,community support factors,participation ability factors,resource sustainability factors,third-party organization driving factors,and government-enterprise relations.Factor,non-economic driver. |
