By the end of 2016,there are more than 80,000 large-scale enterprises in the agricultural product processing industry,with the total industrial revenue of more than 2 billion RMB annually.The ratio of processing industry output value and agricultural output value reaches 2.2:1.Agricultural product processing industry has gradually become one of the most important industries in the national economy.However,behind the fast development of agricultural product processing industry,there are issues such as low industrial level,inadequate technological innovation capability and prejudice of agricultural product processing.In the meanwhile,domestic agricultural product processing industry is centered on handwork,which as a result,agricultural product processing industry is divided as the labor-intensive industry.In a labor-intensive industry,employees'working efficiency is closely connected to enterprise productivity.How to maintain employees'working performance at a relatively high standard is the mutual pursuit of every agricultural product processing enterprises.Considering employees'guarantee and peasant rights and interests are gaining increasing attention these days,enterprises should not improve its productivity by endless overwork and inhuman KPIs.Then,in another perspective,motivating employees',working enthusiasm by increasing employees'job-related well-being is,no doubt,a better option that can bring a mutually beneficial situation.This paper took workers from the agricultural product processing industry as the research subject and took job-related well-being as independent variables,task performance as dependent variables and affective commitment as mediator variables.Four hypotheses that based on fixed variables were suggested,which are mainly:job-related well-being positively affecting job performance,job-related well-being positively affecting affective commitment,affective commitment positively affecting job performance,mediating effect of affective commitment on the influence that job-related well-being exerted on job performance.Collected data were used in validity analysis,reliability analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,descriptive analysis,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the authenticity and relations among different variables.Finally research result has proved that four hypotheses were all true.It indicated increasing employees'job-related well-being could encourage affective commitment and improve the job performance.It also confirmed the intermediate effect of affective commitment on job-related well-being and job performance.Three separate proposals were also put forward after reaching these conclusions.Firstly,enterprises should emphasize on improving the job-related well-being in order to improve the job performance.Secondly,focuses should be given on cultivating employees'affective commitment.Thirdly,reasonable working schedules should be produced.These three proposals were provided for relevant enterprises for reference,hoping enterprises could manage their employees in a much more considerate and scientific approach.If more enterprises could improve job performance by increasing job-related well-being,it would not only be beneficial for the stable and continuous development of the enterprise,but also contribute to the stable,coordinating and harmonious development of the society on the whole.
