Nowadays,the cake industry has developed quite rapidly.The competition for domestic homogenized products is fierce,and the market tends to be saturated and profits continue to decrease.The flower cake originated in the United States.After being introduced to China and South Korea,it was recognized by the public and upgraded to the artistic level due to its unique craftsmanship.After continuous improvement and upgrading of formulas and techniques,only the rose and carnations were from the beginning.Style,It has gradually developed into a large number of simulated natural flower types,and the processing formulas and techniques are still being continuously improved.The Korean style laminate cake has a strong sense of shape and design.It can integrate many expressions and apply art design to cake design.The Korean style cake is sought after by the younger generation for its natural ingredients,novel taste,and low sugar health.Among them,Ms.Aimei is even more so.In the traditional cream cake competition fierce,the industry saturation has become saturated in the environment,the new formula of the flower cake in the industry can be described as a standard innovation,a clear flow.Because of the special production and processing process of Korean cake,the price of the cake is higher than that of the traditional cream cake at the same cost,and the market saturation is low,it also has a good marketing selling point and updated audience group in many cake sales.Based on the marketing tactics of the new product of the art cake of company Y,this paper finds out the problems in the traditional marketing tactics of company Y,and helps the market positioning of new product market according to the relevant theoretical model.Including: products,brands,packaging,pricing,research and analysis,distribution channels,personnel promotion,advertising,business promotion,sales point display,after-sales service and logistics.In different stages of the life cycle,the corresponding marketing tactics is formulated and corresponding safeguard measures are proposed.This article is based on the marketing combination tactics practice activities in the cake industry,further extending the marketing combination tactics to the art cake product marketing decision-making role,so as to improve the new product market value,avoid falling into the traditional cake industry price war competition mode.With this,the author puts forward the planning and opinions on the new product marketing tactics of Y Company,hoping to use it as a reference for the marketing tactics of new product listing in the same industry.
