Transnational merger and acquisition is an important strategy for enterprises to realize their overseas operation.With the booming of China's tourism market and the rapid development of tourism,Chinese tourism enterprises have also accelerated the pace of overseas expansion.Under the background of western capital rapid expansion,Chinese companies have also taken some measures to realize expansion through transnational capital mergers and acquisitions.However,in recent years,the failure cases of tourism enterprises in overseas mergers and acquisitions have been common.A series of failed cases also warned for entrepreneurs.The integration of different companies after merged is a key factor,among this,the integration of culture is an important step for long-term development of the new company.This paper is based on the transnational mergers and acquisitions of Chinese tourism enterprises and the subsequent cultural integration.The related concepts are analyzed and defined,especially reviewed for tourism enterprises transnational mergers and acquisitions and cultural integration after transnational mergers and acquisitions.Then based on interviewed with related people,taking HNA group as an example,this paper studies on a series of practices and measures after company transnational merger and acquisition,analyzed the ideology,steps and operating points of the cultural integration after transnational merger and acquisition,and extracted a series of approaches,strategies and models for tourism enterprises transnational mergers and acquisitions,in order to provide a basis and reference for the development of related enterprises and the process of cultural integration...
