Research On The Influence Of Corporate Governance On The Internationalization Of Chinese Enterprises

It is the critical period for the internationalization development of Chinese enterprises.By the end of 2017,China's outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)flows ranked third in the world,and the ranking of China's OFDI stock in the world is number two.We basically achieved a "three-plus" outlay of our international investment,which is multi-location,multi-industry and diversification.However,how to improve the quality of internationalization of Chinese enterprises is a difficult objective,and it always relate to the internationalization of enterprise operation,system and management.By adding the corporate governance as an influence factor of the internationalization of enterprises,this paper explains why some Chinese enterprises with internationalization abilities cannot successfully transformed them into effective international behavior.And the specific influential aspects of corporate governance including three corporate governance models,which are external control-oriented,internal-control-dominant and family-controlled-dominant,and the member composition of main enterprise governance organizations.In practice,through the case analysis of two outstanding Chinese multinational enterprises,Huawei and Haicr,this paper sums up the role of corporate governance in the process of their internationalization.It is hoped that the internal management mechanism,which is the most easily controlled variable by the enterprise itself,can be took into consideration of enterprise internationalization,thus we also want to help international enterprises to continuously optimize their own corporate governance in the process of "going out" strategy,which could also help them to realize the importance of matching management and internationalization strategy.All in all,this paper is aimed at improving the ability of international competition of Chinese enterprises.
