Excellent enterprises must have excellent talents.Under the modern social economy,the competition between enterprises is more reflected in the competition of talents,and it is getting worse.The process of training talents is also a process of constantly expanding the strength of enterprises.The most important method in this process is employee training.Enterprises can carry out activities of purposefully cultivating employees and managing employees according to their own development strategies and actual needs.The concrete effect of staff training is related to the strategic implementation and long-term effective development of the enterprise.In the long-term development of the furniture industry,the service consciousness and concept of the furniture industry lag behind other industries.However,when the home environment of the buyer market gradually formed;When the price war is no longer profitable;As consumers demand more and more personality,the power of service is also becoming more and more prominent.The responsibility of employees is not only to sell furniture,but to become professional consultants to customers,to help customers select the desired furniture from a professional perspective.For customers,buying furniture is an integral part of planning their future.Therefore,in order to achieve better service and take advantage of the market,the role of employees is particularly important,which also highlights the necessity and importance of building an employee training system.This paper takes guiyang shop of qy private business Co.,Ltd.as the research object,studies the type,content and mode of its staff training,and analyzes the problems existing in its training system and the reasons for their existence.In view of the shortcomings in the training system of the Guiyang store of QY Private Co.,Ltd.,we studied how to optimize the training system for domestic and foreign scholars,and combined with our own actual situation,first clarified the ideas and specific principles for the optimization of the Guiyang store training system of QY Private Co.,Ltd..Then,from six aspects,including training needs analysis,training system,training content,training methods,training teachers,and training effectiveness evaluation,we will optimize the staff training system for QY Private Co.,Ltd.,and optimize a scientific and complete training system that is suitable for the company to cultivate outstanding employees.Thus,by designing effective training programs to improve the professional competence and literacy of the supervisor,the overall competitiveness of the company is improved.This article thinks that scientific,perfect and reasonable training system is very necessary for enterprises to standardize training process and improve training effect.This paper will analyze the training situation of guiyang store of qy private company through questionnaire survey,field visit,observation interview,etc.,summarize the existing problems and the reasons for the problems,and optimize the training system suitable for the company.
