Research On Management Benefit Evaluation Of Listed Chain Supermarket Enterprises

As China's economy enters a new normal,economic growth slows down,and the growth rate of retail sales of goods also declines year by year.As a typical representative of the retail industry,chain supermarkets are facing unprecedented challenges due to factors such as rising operating costs,adjustments in consumption structure,and the impact of online retail.From the perspective of the entire retail industry,standardization management has been slow compared to the logistics industry,and the industry lacks a unified and credible industry evaluation standard.This is also an important reason why the development of the retail industry has been hindered in recent years.In 2016,the introduction of new retail was recognized as an important opportunity for the fifth revolution in the retail industry.Therefore,this paper combines the new retail background,establishes the operational benefit evaluation model of chain supermarket enterprises,and proposes constructive suggestions for the development of chain supermarkets,which has far-reaching significance in both theory and practice.On the basis of summarizing the research status of the economic benefit evaluation of supermarket chains at home and abroad,this paper first analyzes the relevant development trends of new retail,analyzes the key factors affecting the operating efficiency of supermarket chains,and establishes financial indicators based on market environment.Enterprise scale,internal construction,5 first-level indicators of logistics,28 second-level indicators of chain supermarket operation benefit evaluation model;Secondly,using the entropy weight method to calculate the weight of each indicator,and the level of business benefits of each enterprise In addition,the interpretative structural model is introduced to determine the evaluation relationship between the influencing factors affecting the operating efficiency of the chain supermarket;next,the index value is taken as the input value,the operating benefit level score is the output value,and the BP neural network model is established.And use 14 enterprise data as learning samples,and 3 companies as test samples to prove the accuracy of the model;finally,the article uses the BP neural network to obtain the ranking of supermarket chains and the top 100 chain rankings,and analyze the ranking results differently.The reason for the finding: companies with lower rankings in operational benefit evaluation are often lacking.Less longterm planning,etc.Based on this,it proves the effectiveness of establishing a chain supermarket operating benefit evaluation model.According to the evaluation results of the chain supermarket operating benefit evaluation model established in this paper and the hierarchical relationship between the indicators derived from the structural model,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the supermarket chain: strengthen the government's support and guidance,and strengthen the government's Support and guide,strengthen the ability of technological innovation,pay attention to the training of specialized talents,and realize large-scale operation.
