Along with the fast develoment of science and technology and global incorporation, enterprises are facing such circumstance which is getting more and more complicated and multivariate. Correspondingly, it demands more employee management method. Thus, during recent years, the study of Organizational Citizenship Behavior has been a hot topic of enterprises management. However, while encouraging employee to emerge Organizational Citizenship Behavio, several issues have been detected. Some time, Organizational Citizenship Behavior turns to be employees'instrument for getting compliment, promotion, bonus, and so forth. It could also be a trick played by employee, for escaping their job and family responsibility. Thus, it is crucial for enterprise management to distinguish the motivation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. However, there is no sufficient method to identify instrumental Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In reality, we still rely on subjective judgement. On one hand, it could easily mistake Impression Management as Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Under such circumstance, people who have ulterior motives would get more chance, and creating undesirable customs. On the other hand, it also could mistake Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Impression Management. It would dampen employees' enthusiasm, and cause reservation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, which goes against to the long-term development of enterprises.We used to examine Organizational Citizenship Behavior from individual variable and group variable, but often ignore the circumstance under which Organizational Citizenship Behavior takes place. The thesis is based on a theory of reciprocal causation of Social Networking structure and actors, within Social Networking System. With questionnaire survey, social network analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis have been made. We examine the relevancy between individual network position and Impression Magagement motivatoin of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. We also analyse the age, educational backgrounds, and service year of employees, which have produced an effect on Impression Management motivatoin of Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Main conclusions:1. The correlation between emotional centrality and Impression Management strategy of catering and performance is insignificant.2. The correlation between network betweenness and Impression Management strategy of catering and performance is insignificant.3. Employees under age of 40, more years they are, more often they use catering as Impression Management strategy.4. Employees under age of 40, more years they are, more close to the center of emotional network and the position of "bridge" in advice network.5. Employees who have a educational background lower than junior collage, lower level of education they have received, more often they use performance as Impression Management strategy.6. Employees who have their service year between 5 to 10, often use performance as Impression Management strategy.7. Employees who have their service year between 3 to 5, are closest to the center of emotional network.
