Research On Business Model Innovation Of Home Service Robot Manufacturing Enterprises

The home service robot is the development of traditional robots,and it is the breakthrough point for further strengthening the research of robot technology in China.Home service robots have great potential.Over the past two decades,home service robot technology has gradually become an international research hotspot.Robots are not only limited to experimental scientific research,but also gradually become practical and enter people's daily life.It is an inevitable trend for robots to enter the family field.The competition in the robot industry is very fierce.Under the coexistence of opportunities and challenges,if enterprises want to grasp the market opportunities accurately,it is particularly important for them to make correct choices and innovations in business models.Firstly,the paper discusses the background and significance of the research,based on the literature review at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the current situation of research,expounds the theory of home service robots,business model and business model innovation,introduces the elements of business model,and determines that the research methods used in this paper are business canvas and scenario prediction.Secondly,it describes the current situation of the business model of home service robot manufacturing enterprises,draws the framework and business canvas of the current business model of home service robot manufacturing enterprises.Thirdly,it chooses two scenarios to design the business model,and points out the pain points of the customers of home service robot manufacturing enterprises.Four new business models are obtained by analyzing and combining commercial canvas.On this basis,this paper launches the evaluation of the business model of home service robot manufacturing enterprises,establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system,and realizes the evaluation of the rationality of the business model of home service robot manufacturing enterprises by using Delphi evaluation method.Finally,the existing business model of Ecovacs Company is analyzed,and according to the four business models,it puts forward some suggestions for the innovation of Ecovacs Company business model.The research of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.Through the analysis of customer pain points,combined with business canvas business model innovation of home service robot manufacturing enterprises,it is more in line with the development prospects of home service robot manufacturing enterprises,greatly improving the adaptability of business model innovation of home service robot manufacturing enterprises in China.
