Research On The Contribution Of Rural Human Capital To Rural Economic Growth In Guizhou Province

In the context of new normalization,the benefits of Chinese population have come to an end with a high acceleration of the old population,however,which will make up through improving the quality of the population.In order to improve the quality of citizens,add human capital to the contribution to the growth of economy and achieve fresh benefits of human capital,the government ought to extend the education year of the folks and massively invest professional training.Schultz believed that developing countries are obliged to pay great attention to the development of human capital boosting the growth of economy.The characters of human capital of marginal benefit growth may make up for the disadvantages of physical capital of marginal benefit reduce.The development of our national economy should attache great importance to the exploitation and use of human capital so as to overcome the trap of intermediate growth.Firstly,the case of Guizhou Tangyue successfully got rid of poverty in a short time is regarded as the beginning of my paper research.From the standpoint of human capital theory,the theme of my paper is made.The title of my paper is that the contribution of Guizhou rural human capital to the development of Guizhou rural economy.Secondly,the theory foundation of model establishment and empirical analysis are based on the research of internal and external human capital papers and mechanical analysis of human capital and economical development.Finally,the paper has completed empirical analysis through the method of econometrics which searches and uses the data of human capital,physical capital and rural GDP from 1995 to 2015.The key results of empirical analysis are:(1)the output elasticity of Guizhou rural human and physical capital are 1.42 and 0.64,the output elasticity of Guizhou human capital is larger than physical capital;(2)the physical of Guizhou capital contributing to the development of rural economy is larger than human capital.According to empirical results,the paper has recommended some advice for the developing of human capital in order to make human capital promote the rapid development of Guizhou rural economy,which is extremely important to the recovery of Guizhou rural economy.
