Study On The Influencing Factors Of Migrant Workers' Ecological Entrepreneurial Intention

In recent years,ecological entrepreneurship has become one of the sources of many national policies and measures to improve environmental problems.Migrant workers engage in ecological entrepreneurship in order to seize the opportunity in the challenge,and strive to create economic benefits at the same time also bring ecological benefits.This article is based on the sample of 780 migrant workers are studied,using face-to-face interview method,on-the-spot investigation method,combined with case analysis and other methods,based on the ecological characters of entrepreneurship,the external environment,rural migrant workers policy support features 3 classes,19 variables related analysis,it is concluded that the influence factors of ecological to migrant workers,including their own capabilities,business to protect the environment consciousness,ecological environment,ecological factors such as product demand,loans and subsidies for rural migrant workers significant impact on the ecological entrepreneurship using Logistic regression model for ecological migrant workers entrepreneurship significant factors affecting the empirical analysis,The stronger the ability,the higher the willingness of ecological entrepreneurship;The greater the government's investment in environmental protection,the higher the willingness of migrant workers to start their own businesses.In addition,the migrant workers in suichuan county,jiangxi province,tonggu and jilin province ecological business case analysis and experience learning,sums up the different regions should make full use of rural migrant workers their own entrepreneurship resources,advantage resources,development advantages,the green industry,give full play to the ecological resources and ecological environment advantages,attract migrant workers ecological entrepreneurship,create green brand;At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of migrant workers' awareness of environmental protection,so that migrant workers can fully understand the preferential policies for ecological entrepreneurship,increase the investment in environmental protection,provide financial support and other excellent experience.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the willingness of migrant workers to start their own businesses,it is concluded that China's migrant workers' low level of education,low comprehensive quality,insufficient venture capital,and related supporting policies for ecological entrepreneurship are still improving,which make it difficult for them to start their own businesses.It is necessary to build a platform for migrant workers to learn ecological entrepreneurship skills,mobilize their initiative to learn ecological entrepreneurship skills,and improve their ability of ecological entrepreneurship.Weshould advocate green environmental awareness,relax restrictions on small loans in rural areas,increase tax and subsidy support and other relevant measures,improve the willingness of migrant workers to start businesses in an ecological way,and solve the restrictive factors of ecological entrepreneurship,so as to achieve coordinated development of resources and economy and enable migrant workers to become rich by going green.
