| With the improvement of people’s living standard,the consumption pattern is changed from traditional to casual consumption,which leads to the rapid development trend of leisure industry.Leisure agriculture is the most characteristic of leisure industry.It covers the first,second and third industries,which is the comprehensive industry.Leisure agriculture has been leading to the development of national economy,solving the problem of the local rural surplus labor force again obtain employment and promoting the local ecological environment resources reuse.Hence,It plays an important role in the economic development.Leisure agriculture in our country is a sunrise industry and has great potential for development.First,this paper uses the method of literature.The current status of leisure agriculture development at home and abroad were reviewed and the meaning of leisure agriculture was defined.This paper introduces the domestic and foreign leisure agriculture development mode,function,characteristics,principles and theories.And it summarizes the background and significance of developing leisure agriculture of huangshi city.Secondly,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the leisure agriculture in huangshi city.Through the overall structural analysis,the author believes that the development of leisure agriculture in huangshi city should take countermeasures according to its actual situation.Then,the thesis uses case analysis,which is throughthe leisure agriculture of mountainregion’s orientation and development in Taiwan,guangxi zhuang autonomous region,tianyang cloth luo tuo mango garden,hebei qinhuangdao beidaihe agriculture sightseeing garden,tayeh Long Fengshan rural tourism experience park four types of leisure agriculture,such as case analysis is combined with local actual situation and draws lessons from the successful experience and the practice,which develops leisure agriculture huangshi city.In the end,it is based on the actual situation of huangshi local leisure agriculture development to analyses the successful experiencein other parts and find out the suitable for local roads.We should adhere to increase government support in Huangshi,stick to intensify government support of huangshi city.We will improve the supporting infrastructure in the scenic area and raise hard and hard conditions to attract investment from all parties.Focusing on the local characteristics of huangshi city,exploring the development mode of innovative leisure agriculture and enriching the connotation of leisure agriculture culture;Establish brand awareness and doing a good marketing strategy to increase publicity;Standardize development and improve management level;Train professional quality personnel and improve service level. |
