In the context of the rapid development of the Internet,the e-commerce industry has developed rapidly.As one of the business directions of the e-commerce industry,fresh agricultural products have always been the key development direction of major e-commerce companies.China has a large population and huge demand for fresh agricultural products,but China’s development of eold chain transportation started late,there is no complete cold chain logistics system,and there is no corresponding infrastructure construction.This makes the distribution rate of fresh agricultural products high in the process of distribution,and the distribution efficiency is low.Establishing a new distribution model suitable for fresh e-commerce enterprises is the focus of this paper.This article is after reading a lot of domestic and foreign literature on agricultural product logistics research,taking into account the timeliness and perishability of fresh produce,in order to improve distribution efficiency,reduce distribution costs,and improve customer satisfaction,the paper proposes to establish a "front warehouse" distribution model.Compare the“front warehouse,delivery mode with the traditional "central warehouse"delivery mode,it is found that the“front warehouse,delivery mode has the advantages of fast response to customer orders,high distribution efficiency,low distribution cost,good service quality and flexible operation mode,but at the same time,it also faces problems such as large investment in the early stage,inaccurate demand forecasting,and difficulty in copying the business model.We explored how to lay out the front warehouse in the two aspects of site selection and stocking:established a location model for fresh e-commerce front warehouse and simplified it;and based on cost factors,profit factors,management operations,and customer feedback as the evaluation criteria,a hierarchical model of goods selection was established.Finally,in view of the current distribution task distribution system,eombined with the open platform of "crowdsourcing",we try to explore a new distribution mode-"front warehouse+crowdsourcing,delivery mode.The“crowdsourcing,distribution model makes full use of the idle resources in the society,improves the utilization efficiency of resources,and further reduces the distribution cost.In particular,it largely compensates for the shortcomings of insufficient distribution power in the front warehouse when the order volume surges.The "front warehouse" delivery mode can well fill the gap when the"crowdsourcing" delivery mode discards the order.The two distribution modes complement each other and complement each other.Based on the reliability and abandonment rate of crowdsourcing distributors,a distribution task allocation model was established. |
