A Research On The Optimization Of Assets Structure And Efficiency Of Xuji Electric Co.,Ltd.

Reasonable and effective asset structure is the premise of the smooth production and operation for enterprises.It can ensure that enterprises are able to independently arrange funds according to the actual need,which improves the utilization effect of enterprise funds and brings good economic benefits to enterprises.Asset efficiency represents the relationship between input and output of enterprise assets,and to some extent reflects the status of enterprise asset management.The proportion that enterprise assets account for directly affects the capital cost of the enterprise,and the efficiency of assets affects the profit of the enterprise.Therefore,the study on asset structure and efficiency is an important content to enhance the value of the enterprise.This text,with Xuji Electric Company as the object of study,respectively summarizes foreign and domestic research status,development trends,and correlation theories of asset structure and structure optimization.The problems existing in the current asset structure and efficiency of the enterprise were further revealed by comparing the asset structure and asset utilization efficiency between Xuji Electric Company and three excellent listed enterprises in the same industry.It can be discovered from the above analysis that the main problems existing in the asset structure and efficiency of Xuji Electric Company are that the overall arrangement of assets is single,and the internal structure of operating assets is unreasonable,and the internal structure of current assets is unreasonable.In view of the problems existing in the structure and efficiency of assets,the present study puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions from the angle of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis:firstly,strengthen the management of current assets and improve the efficiency of current assets;secondly,strengthen the management of fixed assets,and improve the utilization efficiency of fixed assets;thirdly,increase investment assets and improve investment returns.In the aspect of strengthening the management of the current assets of the enterprise,the present study also puts forward some specific measures to improve the turnover rate of accounts receivable,strictly control the amount of money funds occupied,and improve the speed of inventory turnover,et al.It is revealed after optimizing and adjusting the assets structure and efficiency of Xuji Electric Company that there are a large number of idle current assets in Xuji Electric Company by comparing,and the disposal scheme of idle current assets is listed.Enterprises may adopt different control strategies for idle current assets according to their operating strategies,such as investment in bonds,equity investment or distribution of cash dividends to shareholders so as to reduce the opportunity cost of holding idle current assets and increase the rate of return on assets of enterprises.Research results of this text provides a reference for asset structure and efficiency optimization of China’s secondary electric power equipment manufacturers,and is of crucial theoretical and practical significance.
