Study On The Operating Efficiency Of Family Farms And Its Influencing Factors

This article regards Jingzhou area as the research area,deeply studies and analyzes the family farm management efficiency and its influence factor in this area a series of questions,hoped this article through to this aspect question research,Can make the family farm this new agricultural model more quickly and steadily to mature.On the basis of theoretical research at home and abroad,this paper discusses the problem of family farm management efficiency,and makes use of data model to calculate and analyze its technical efficiency and scale efficiency.Thus,the influence factors of various aspects are obtained.Conclusion:(1)first of all,with the promulgation of some family farm support policies,the speed of family farm development in Jingzhou area has been significantly improved,and the number of family farms in Jingzhou has been increasing,the development situation is good,and the development potential is great;(2)of the largest family farms in Jingzhou,the operating efficiency of 14 family farms reached the effective value of 1,and the operating efficiency of the other 94 family farms in the family farms were all invalid.Among them,the average operating efficiency of 108 family farms is 0.65,the average pure technical efficiency is 0.71,the average scale efficiency is 0.96;(3)the education level,engaged in agricultural life.The professional and technical labor force,government rent,loans,whether to buy agricultural insurance,and whether there are government subsidies have a significant impact on the efficiency of household management.Their influence coefficients are 0.92、089、0.06、0.73、-0.09、0.63 respectively;and the age,the number of years of education for employees is 0.63.The reasonable division of labor among family members and the purchase of agricultural insurance have no significant effect on the efficiency of family management.The countermeasures are as follows:(1)optimizing land resource allocation reasonably,expanding the scale of family farm appropriately;(2)increasing agricultural technical training,improving management level and management level of family farm managers;(3)increasing government financial inclination and raising awareness of risk prevention.
