As the level of agricultural modernization,agricultural development in China has entered a new period,the traditional way of circulation flow of high cost,low efficiency of circulation problems,has been difficult to adapt to the current development of agricultural product market requirements.Link of agricultural products "production and marketing convergence" phenomenon more and more serious,so the "agriculture super docking" sales model came into being,to break the traditional pattern of urban and rural construction and circulation,reduce intermediate links,the supermarket,consumer cooperatives,three party beneficiary.The research on the circulation efficiency and its influencing factors of the farmer cooperatives "agricultural super docking" is of great significance to optimize the supply system of agricultural products and support the government to carry out the "agricultural super docking".This paper takes Jiangxi province "agriculture super docking" as an example,220 farmer cooperatives to participate in the "agriculture super docking" based on the survey data,analysis of the "agriculture super docking" mode of circulation efficiency and its influencing factors,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the healthy development of the "agriculture super docking" model.First of all,this paper introduces the research background,research significance,related concepts,etc.,and reviews the relevant literature of "agricultural super docking",which lays the foundation for the follow-up study.Secondly,according to the survey data,using the DEA model from the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the three aspects of cooperatives to participate in the "agriculture super docking" circulation efficiency evaluation,study found that low average technical efficiency of cooperatives,the main reason is the pure technical efficiency is low,show that cooperative agricultural super docking personnel management the management and technical level is not high.Comparison of different types of cooperatives circulation efficiency,including vegetable cooperation circulation efficiency is highest,followed by fisheries cooperatives,again for fruit cooperatives,but the overall difference is small.Then,Tobit regression model is used to determine the influence factors of circulation efficiency.The results show that: financial support,standardization of technical training,ownership structure,Member Heterogeneity and distribution capacity of the five factors have a significant positive impact on the efficiency of circulation cooperatives "agriculture super docking";the supermarket in price monopoly and supply scale has a significant negative impact on the efficiency of circulation cooperatives "agriculture super docking" the quality requirements;and,the development of local economy,logistics support and the ability to open up the market for the circulation efficiency is not affected.Accordingly,this paper puts forward some countermeasures:First,the government should balance the relationship between "agriculture super docking" of the subject,the subject of protection of cooperative interests;second,increase the standardization of technical training,training special talents;third,strengthen agricultural loans,increase financial support;fourth,the implementation of brand strategy,enhance the cooperative influence;fifth,perfect the structure of property rights of cooperatives,expand equity difference;sixth,strengthen the government's macro-control,improve the relevant laws and policies.In order to improve the efficiency of farmer cooperatives "agricultural super docking".
