| Corporate culture provides a powerful impetus for the development of enterprises,and corporate culture management has attracted more and more attention.Good corporate culture is conducive to improving the comprehensive strength of enterprises,increasing the cohesion of enterprises,and establishing a high-strength corporate team.In the development and operation activities of the enterprise,it unconsciously affects the performance of the enterprise.Since the theory of corporate culture management came into being,the relationship between corporate culture and corporate performance has attracted the attention of numerous scholars.I comb the relationship between corporate culture and corporate performance according to the research of domestic and foreign academia in this article.First,from learning and grasping the corporate culture and corporate performance and their correlation,then elaborate the connotation of corporate culture and corporate performance,I make deep analysis with Denison’s OCQ model and related theory of corporate performance evaluation,which provides theoretical basis for the later research design and empirical part.This paper measures corporate culture from seven dimensions: change and innovation,core values,employee development,employee participation,institutional culture,team consciousness and social responsibility hen by drawing on Denison’s OCQ model and combining the research results of domestic scholars on Denison’s OCQ modelTaking China Unicom,a state-owned enterprise involved in the reform of mixed ownership as an example,in order to make the designed questionnaire more in line with the object of this study,this paper designs and forms a questionnaire on the relationship between corporate culture and corporate performance based on the existing corporate culture of China Unicom.I collect 142 valid questionnaires fromemployees of Unicom in five regions in this paper and make statistics on the data.I analyze the impact of corporate culture here on corporate performance after China Unicom’s mixed ownership reform and draw the conclusion that corporate culture after China Unicom’s mixed ownership reform has a significant positive impact on corporate performance.It also aims at China Unicom’s mixed ownership.After the ownership reform,some suggestions on the construction of enterprise culture are put forward. |
