Research On Influencing Factors Of The Returning-Home Second-Time Entrepreneurship Of Overseas Chinese

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,overseas Chinese are enthusiastic about returning home to start their own entrepreneurships.Overseas Chinese are important participants in the construction of “The Belt and Road”.Their oversea experiences and resources promote the development of China's regional economy.This paper uses the overseas Chinese from Wenzhou and the surrounding areas as the research object,and analyze the influencing factors of the returning-home second-time entrepreneurship of overseas Chinese based on the multiple-case study method.We first sum up a number of internal and external factors,including the identity of home country,the family factor,the entrepreneurial spirit,foreign economic influences,oversea immigration issues,domestic economic policy influences,the domestic entrepreneurship environment,domestic entrepreneurial opportunities,social networks,and the social capital.Then,the internal and external influencing factors are discussed based on the recognition of local entrepreneurial opportunities:(1)Overseas Chinese tend to search for local entrepreneurial opportunities after failure or adjustment;(2)A good local entrepreneurship environment helps to provide opportunities for local entrepreneurship;(3)A rich relationship network is easier to perceive and evaluate entrepreneurial opportunities;(4)The entrepreneurial spirit can recognize and obtain entrepreneurial opportunities more actively.Next,a model of influencing factors of the second-time entrepreneurship of overseas Chinese is constructed according to the mechanism of action.The differences between the first-time entrepreneurship and the second-time entrepreneurship of overseas Chinese are compared based on aspects of politics,economy,culture,society,and individual.According to the predicament of the returning-home second-time entrepreneurship of overseas Chinese,this paper suggest to enhance the recognition of local entrepreneurial opportunities,to provide an honest,standard and orderly entrepreneurship environment,to connect domestic and foreign networks,and to build a good local entrepreneurial environment.This research combines overseas Chinese and the returning-home entrepreneurship,studies the influencing factors of the returning-home second-time entrepreneurship of overseas Chinese,and provides the theoretical guidance and practical suggestions for the returning-home second-time entrepreneurship of overseas Chinese.
