Guiding and promoting regional service trade cooperation and accelerating the implementation of the liberalization of service trade in the free trade zone have become an important trend in promoting the economic development of a country and complying with the trend of multilateralization and regionalization of international trade.Based on the above background, this paper selects the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area(CAFTA)and the ASEAN Free Trade Area(AFTA),which is basically the same as the member countries in the region, and uses.the Hoekman frequency measurement method to negotiate the two free trade zones. The results were quantified, and the similarities and differences between the member states in the CAFTA and AFTA open commitments were quantitatively analyzed from the perspectives of the overall level, various service departments, and various modes of supply. Finally, the quantitative indicators were converted into equivalent tariffs to introduce a computable general equilibrium model——GTAP model for policy impact simulation, comparative analysis of the latest commitment level of CAFTA and AFTA service trade, and the economic effects of both achieving the best complete liberalization level, select certain macro, trade, industry and welfare effect indicators, compare The effect of the free trade zone is high. The research shows that the service trade liberalization process of CAFTA and AFTA free trade zones is developing very well.Compared with AFTA,CAFTA's service trade opening has a late opening, low commitment level and large country differences..At the national level:Singapore,Vietnam, and Cambodia have the same willingness and intensity to open service industry in China, which is roughly the same as the internal commitment of ASEAN,and there are significant differences in Indonesia,Laos,Brunei, and Myanmar.Conservative, but with greater open potential. At the service sector level:the member states of the construction, tourism and finance sectors are more open in the two free trade zones,at a higher level, while the openness and willingness of the health, education, entertainment, distribution and communications sectors are significantly different.Open and cautious. The results of the GTAP scenario simulation show that,on the whole, the increase in the openness of the trade in the two free trade zones will bring positive economic effects to the parties, and is a multi-winning open process;in contrast,CAFTA trade in services is liberalized. The economic effect brought by the promotion is higher than AFTA,which is a more effective free trade zone organization;due to its large size,China has become the biggest beneficiary of CAFTA'service trade liberalization, and the impact of AFTA liberalization on China is not Significant. This paper suggests that CAFTA member states should enhance mutual trust, reduce the alert to the open service trade department, improve the consultation mechanism, determine the stage priorities, take into account the integration and promotion of different cooperation mechanisms and strategic planning, and achieve a more effective free trade zone effect.Improve the welfare of member states.China should take the initiative to commit to a higher level of service trade opening, take the initiative to reduce barriers to trade in services, and give other member states more open gravity. At the same time,it should pay equal attention to the construction of trade facilitation and improve the competitiveness of its service trade sector as soon as possible. The linkage effect of trade and service trade promotes development. In the process of progressive opening up of the service trade departments of member states,it wins a larger share of the international market and drives higher social welfare levels.
