Since the90s of last century, it’s an indisputable fact that the growth of trade in services continues to exceed the growth of trade in goods.Along with the prevalence of regional economic cooperation and the development of trade in services, trade in services has become more and more important cooperation issues of regional economic organizations. On January1,2010, the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area was formally established, this is the world’s largest completely by developing countries composed of free trade zone and it also the world’s third-largest free trade area.
