Since the90s of last century, it’s an indisputable fact that the growth of trade in services continues to exceed the growth of trade in goods.Along with the prevalence of regional economic cooperation and the development of trade in services, trade in services has become more and more important cooperation issues of regional economic organizations. On January1,2010, the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area was formally established, this is the world’s largest completely by developing countries composed of free trade zone and it also the world’s third-largest free trade area. Trade in services as an important area of cooperation,it has a significant impact on China, ASEAN and even the world pattern of trade in services by the establishment of the CAFTA.With CAFTA constantly improve the building trade in services,China and ASEAN have signed the Service Trade Agreement and the Protocol,mutual gradual relaxation of access restrictions in many specific areas of trade in services,This paper from the relevant theoretical on trade in services,using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of combining research method, and quote relevant charts and data, analysis of the bilateral trade in services relations between China and Asean and the main areas of cooperation,and finally focused on the research of inspects the China-Asean free trade area was established trade effects caused by static and dynamic trade effects,and the suggests of enhance the effect of the free trade zone service trade in the next phase.
