With the advancement of science and technology,competition among organizations has intensified.More and more organizations have begun to attach importance to the role of human resources in organizing core competition.The key points and difficulties of organizational work have been extended to how to improve employee enthusiasm and engagement.This paper starts with the evolutionary cyan organization model--"Holacracy" management mode,and analyzes the influence mechanism of"Holacracy" organizational characteristics and employee engagement.The research in this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is to study and analyze the characteristics of the organizational structure and employee engagement through the literature review of "Holacracy" and employee engagement,and determine the influencing factors of employee engagement in the evolutionary organizational model.Through literature analysis and expert discussion,the characteristics of the six aspects of the "Holacracy" were finally determined:mission-driven,rule-oriented,self-management,integrated decision-making,organic organization,and evolutionary mechanism as antecedents;employee engagement factors And the work experience as a mediator variable;employee engagement as a result variable,establish a research model.The second part is the research design stage.Through the basis of literature research,select the scale,design variables,design scale,form the pre-test questionnaire,and conduct data survey on the pre-test questionnaire and pre-test the questionnaire based on the obtained raw data.After the reliability analysis of the content and structure of the questionnaire,a formal questionnaire is formed.The third part is data analysis.Through large-scale distribution.The recovered data was correlated and regression analyzed using Excel and SPSS 22.0 software to verify the hypothesis.The last part is the research conclusions and prospects,discusses the research results,and further proposes the strategies and problems to be solved in the evolutionary organization mode to improve employee engagement.This paper aims to achieve the following research purposes through the study of employee engagement in the "Holacracy" model:From the perspective of the evolutionary organizational management model on behalf of the "holacracy"management model,the analysis of the "Hele System" management model is dedicated to employees.The impact of degree on the relationship between evolutionary organizational management model and employee engagement,which will also make up for the gap in the analysis of employee engagement from the management model;2 the impact of employee engagement on corporate performance has been Emphasis is on,but the academic community has not proposed a practical plan,and there are no specific improvement measures.This paper studies the relationship between the management mode characteristics of the "Holacracy" and the influence mechanism of employee engagement,and quantifies the relationship between the specific management structure of the evolutionary management system and employee engagement,and concludes how to set up the management structure.It is more conducive to the improvement of employee engagement.Provide direction for the development and improvement of Chinese enterprises.In this paper,there are 19 pictures,37 tables,and 85 references.
