Environmental pollution liability insurance is also known as "green insurance".As a risk transfer and sharing mechanism of environmental pollution,it protects the interests of victims and has a strong social function.Facing increasingly serious environmental problems,improving environmental conditions and protecting the ecological environment have become issues of concern from national policies to personal life.In order to provide better security for victims and risk enterprises,environmental pollution liability insurance has come into being.Due to cognitive is not enough,the comprehensive control lacks,imperfect legal system,led to the implementation of environmental pollution liability insurance is relatively slow,in this paper,combining the domestic and international numerous scholars of environmental pollution liability insurance marketing strategy to explore,to the insurer in shanxi branch of environmental pollution liability insurance put forward targeted marketing problem.First of all,this paper expounds the research background and research status of environmental pollution liability insurance,and summarizes related insurance marketing theories and research methods,providing theoretical support for this paper.Second,using marketing tools,PEST analysis to the insurer in shanxi branch of environmental pollution liability insurance in view of the industry's internal and external macro environment are analyzed,through the SWOT analysis of insurer in shanxi branch of environmental pollution liability insurance in the competitive strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,and thus make enterprise marketing strategy better.Again,through environmental pollution liability insurance development at home and abroad for reference,and other good marketing company,draw out the favorable factors for insurer in the development of shanxi branch,according to the characteristics of the enterprise itself under the 4 p theory,from product,price,channel,promotion four aspects put forward more conducive to the development of the enterprise's marketing strategy.It is hoped that these strategies can provide beneficial reference value for the marketing strategy innovation of the environmental pollution liability insurance of the shanxi branch of PICC;Finally,the marketing strategy which is more beneficial to the development of the enterprise is proposed.Through the research and Discussion on the marketing strategy of environmental pollution liability insurance in Shanxi Branch of PICC Property Insurance,this paper finds out the problems in the existing marketing mode,and puts forward the marketing strategy which is more conducive to the development of enterprises.It is hoping to provide a useful reference value for the marketing strategy innovation of the environmental pollution liability insurance of the Shanxi branch of financial insurance.
