With the globalization of national economy,consumer’s undefined recognition of brand products is getting higher and higher,and the competition among enterprises has changed from the competition of products and services to the competition of brands.Through the successful cultivation of brand,we can expand the market share of enterprise products and gain long-term competitive advantage.Today,wine has gradually moved from a high-end consumer to the dining table of ordinary people,more and more people began to choose the wine brand.For private wine enterprises,how to make wine companies develop better and better,let wine go to the whole country,to the world,brand cultivation is particularly important.This article takes Chang li X wine brand as the research object,uses the related theory of brand construction and cultivation,adopts the literature research method,the interview method and the inductive summary method,etc.,to find out the problems existing in the brand cultivation of Chang li X Wine Company at present;On the basis of analyzing the current situation of cultivating and shaping wine brand at home and abroad,this paper focuses on exploring the internal and external environment of wine brand cultivation in Chang li X,making use of SWOT analysis to find out the advantages and opportunities of enterprises in brand building,and to reasonably avoid disadvantages and threats.To provide reasonable suggestions for the development strategy of the enterprise.From the aspects of strategy decision-making ability,marketing system construction,brand cultivation management ability,technical innovation and late maintenance,this paper puts forward some effective suggestions on the cultivation of Chang li X wine brand,which includes the strategy decision-making ability,marketing system construction,brand cultivation management ability,technical innovation and post-maintenance.Suggestions for the development of Chang li X wine products,but also for Chang li wine industry decision-making.Taking Chang li as an example,this paper expounds how the regional brand of agricultural products should make full use of the advantages of natural resources and a good industrial foundation,so as to cultivate the brand more reasonably and efficiently.With strong practicality and replicability,it can bring new methods and ideas for the same type of enterprises in the same industry and other enterprises in the same development stage in different industries after the promotion.
