Affected by the global economic downturn,the Chinese economy is currently in a period of three phases.The overall downward trend of the economy inevitably led to the decline of the real economy,the emergence of regional and industry risk agglomeration,rising credit risk,and the non-performing loan balance and non-performing loan ratio of each bank rose.The downturn in the real economy has made banks in important financing channels face enormous pressure from credit risk.It poses a huge challenge to the bank's risk management work.On the one hand,the banking industry is affected by corporate social responsibility and political factors,and needs to increase the placement of small and medium-sized enterprises.On the other hand,small and medium-sized enterprises with poor anti-risk ability are likely to increase the bad rate of the banking industry,leading to the banking industry to small and medium-sized enterprises.The company's launch is cautious.J Bank is a secondary branch of a large state-owned commercial bank with a relatively complete corporate management system and a relatively complete risk control system.In the increasingly fierce competition in the same industry and the impact of Internet finance,J Bank is not afraid of difficulties,conscientiously implements the development ideas of the head office and the provincial branches,closely focuses on the management objectives,on the benchmarks,takes the initiative,and thoroughly implements the superiors.The policy of “reducing interest rates,supporting the development of the real economy”,vigorously supporting the development of the real economy,actively expanding the private and small and micro enterprise customers,and steadily promoting the growth of agriculture-related and precision poverty alleviation loans,and made significant contributions to the development of the local economy.This paper analyzes the basic situation of J Bank and the development of credit business,management status,credit business process,credit policy and system,non-performing loan status,internal and external reasons for the formation of non-performing loans,etc.In the issue of loan management,this paper puts forward the following targeted measures and suggestions: strengthen the management of credit investigation and examination and approval,strengthen the investigation and verification of the pre-lending entity,loan use and risk mitigation measures,and fully reduce the information.The problem of non-performing loans caused by symmetry;the establishment of a post-lending management center to compensate for the risks caused by insufficient post-loan management;using the big data platform to build an immediate and comprehensive risk early warning system;improving the risk emergency response plan and implementing accountability;multichannel and multi-plan Improve the disposal rate of non-performing loans;strengthen the capacity building of credit teams by raising risk awareness,establishing stable teams,and strengthening moral warning education.
