OL corporation was founded in Japan since 1919,it has already became an international group in the past 100 years.OL corporation is one of the most advanced companies that leads the world's precision instrument and optical technology,with the productions of medical,image and life science.OL company of sales and service was founded in Beijing in 2006 by OL corporation.And now,after a sort of company structure adjustments,it operates the medical production business of Great China region including Taiwan,dealing with the business of soft endoscope mirror,hard endoscope mirror and energy-platform.In recent years,the medical producing companies are facing more challenge,with the specification of medical develop and control policies,also the more strict law of anti-corruption by China government as well.The key marketing goals for medical companies are:Finding a method of promotion in a legal and compliance way,avoiding risks while protecting their employees and customers,improving the reputation of their productions.The most important purpose and significance of this article is to improve marketing management performance by using academic marketing theory,after carefully analyzing the current situation of marketing of energy-platform production.This article uses the method of combination of theoretical research and practical research,aiming to improve marketing management performance of energy-platform production of OL company by studying the theory and method of academic marketing.It's not only based on the relevant literature and theory research,but also drew on the managers of enterprises at home and abroad marketing methods and practice on academic marketing.At the same time,it also uses PEST analysis,STP analysis and academic marketing analysis to study how to make the marketing performance more efficient.Combining with the characteristics of the medical production industry and enterprise features,this article aims to improve the marketing performance of energy-platform of OL company in a academic way.As this article adapts to the trend of health care reform of China,it can as well be used for reference by others,especially by those Chinese companies who want to find methods and patterns to develop their international business.
