With the rapid development of computer and Internet technology,the concept of "cloud"has been well known and deeply rooted in people’s hearts since it was put forward at the end of the 20th century.A large number of cloud products emerge endlessly,which greatly facilitates people’s work and life."Cloud Storage"is a concept that evolves and develops further on the basis of "Cloud Computing".It refers to a network storage service scheme in which suppliers centralize resources to the cloud or users independently store personal files to the cloud.Users can access data conveniently at any time and anywhere through any networked device connected to the cloud11].Since the concept of cloud storage was put forward,the major manufacturers have paid great attention to this development opportunity and rapidly formed the cloud storage industry and competitive market.Guangdong 115 Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.is the earliest batch of high-tech enterprises engaged in cloud storage research and development in China.After years of development,it has expanded the whole cloud ecological industry chain."115 Disk"is the company’s core brand,founded in 2009,has been in a downward state in recent years,Baidu cloud and Tencent micro-cloud personal cloud storage network disk rise caused a greater impact on 115 disks,115 disks do not have strong service provider support,traditional service methods can no longer support the development of the disks,115 disks subsequently turned to membership-based personal user storage services[2].And renamed"115 people",but because websites like Baidu Disk can provide more free services,offline download and online viewing and other advantages,resulting in a large number of users of 115 disks continue to lose[2].This paper focuses on the 115th Five-Year Plan technology company to carry out relevant research.Firstly,starting from its marketing status,it analyses its internal environment,including organizational resources,its internal strengths and weaknesses.Secondly,it analyses its marketing environment,mainly including macro-environment and industry competition situation analysis and Micro-environment analysis(competitors,complementary companies analysis).On this basis,this paper puts forward the.following suggestions:This paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats of 115 science and technology companies.Finally,combined with STP marketing strategy tools,it puts forward the differentiated marketing strategies needed for its development under the current situation,including market differentiated strategy,product differentiated strategy and brand differentiated strategy,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the differentiated strategy.In order to better improve the marketing status of 115 science and technology companies and steadily enhance their market competitiveness,this paper also puts forward the safeguard measures of differentiated marketing strategy.
