| Since the 21 st century,with the continuous development of economy and society,the logistics industry has caused certain damage to the ecological environment in order to meet the development needs,such as air pollution caused by incomplete combustion gas with low energy utilization rate in the process of transportation and transportation,resulting in environmental burden;packaging materials used in the process of logistics circulation and processing are not conducive to recycling,and are not conducive to nature.Degradation and treatment of the environment caused pressure and waste of resources;the use of backward logistics facilities and equipment caused waste of human and material resources and so on.Creating a scientific and green environment for development has been attached great importance.In order to achieve better sustainable development,the state has put the construction of a society with green environmental protection development on the report work.The development of ecological green logistics is the inevitable trend of the development of modern logistics industry,and also the general direction of social production activities.Evaluating the green logistics scientifically and systematically to get the comprehensive situation of development has become a very important work in the development of green logistics.This paper evaluates the development of regional green logistics in Jiangxi Province from the ecological point of view,and then gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,providing a reasonable reference for the realization of regional green logistics development.Firstly,the current situation of green logistics at home and abroad and the research status of green logistics evaluation at home and abroad are elaborated.The evaluation method is also introduced.Then the data of energy consumption and carbon emissions of logistics industry in Jiangxi Province are collated and calculated,and the problems of developing green logistics are sorted out according to the comparison between the calculation results and the national average level.Then the index system is refined by principal component analysis,and then the development of regional greenlogistics in Jiangxi Province from 2001 to 2017 is empirically analyzed,according to the factors.The comprehensive score obtained by SPSS software was analyzed and the evaluation results were explained.Then the efficiency level of green logistics in Jiangxi Province is studied by elastic analysis method,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the results.Finally,this paper summarizes the content of the study,the limitations of the analysis and prospects for the future. |
