As China’s economy has entered the new normal and the development of agriculture and rural areas has entered a new stage.The concept of "rural complex" was first proposed in the central no.1 document in 2017.On the basis of maintaining the sustainable and stable development of the Three-Agriculture policy in the past few years,our country has put forward an innovative agricultural development pattern,that is,the construction of rural complex pattern.This paper summarizes the research status of integration of three industries and Rural complex at the home and aboard,and defines their related concepts and connotations,that which starts from the industry convergence Environment and combines with the current national "agriculture-country-peasant "policy background.The paper clarify the intrinsic connection and external difference between the integration of the three industries and the rural complex.And the article has compiled and summarized the research at home and abroad,it further clarified the development of the rural complex,and summarizes and defines the related concepts and connotations of them.The article introduces the development of the traditional agricultural development model to the rural complex model at home and abroad,and supports and interprets various agricultural development models through relevant cases.Based on this research,the article compares and summarizes its model,the fusion path and its characteristics.Therefore,it provides experience and practical reference for the development of the rural complex in our province.Clarifying the subject of the article.Researching and analysing on the development of the rural complex in our province.Based on the macro analysis,using the SWOT analysis tool,based on the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threat analysis of the development of the rural complex in Hubei Province.At the same time,In combination with the practical case to support the research,Yichang Yidu Citrus National Agricultural Park,Qianjiang shrimp rice rural complex.This paper draws the following conclusions through research:First,drawing out the development strategy of our province.Adhere to one city and one product;Supporting multi-agent participation with government support;Agricultural-oriented and develop the tertiary industry vigorously;Adhere to characteristic agricultural tourism and promote multi-format development;Strengthening technology integration to promote platform development.Second,Our province has the foundation and conditions for developing a rural complex,Before the state officially established this model,some areas of our province have already begun to practice and have achieved good results,and to be upgraded into an rural complex.Third,the rural complex model is an innovation of the theory of integration of the three industries,which is in line with the policy connotation of the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture and rural areas.
