Research On The Tourism Accurate Poverty Alleviation Model Of Zhangjiakou Based On The Perception Of Communist Residents

Tourism poverty alleviation is an effective approach to solve the poverty problem of an area with abundant tourism resource.At present,the poverty relief model has entered the accurate stage from the extensive phase in our country.Accordingly,tourism poverty alleviation is also changed into the accurate stage.The perception of community residents is an important aspect to evaluate the tourism accurate alleviation work for they are the essential stakeholder during the development of tourism in an area.In this paper,a tourism accurate alleviation model in Sanbaoyingpan village,Zhangbei district,were analyzed from the perspective of communist residents' perception.The research shows that the tourism accurate alleviation as a new poverty relief model is generally conducted based on accurate identification and accurate support.The income and wealth achieving ability of poor people has improved through the development of tourism.Therefore,the perception of communist residents is largely positive,but not strong.However,there are still many problems in the process of the accurate tourism poverty alleviation model,such as the lack of accuracy of poverty alleviation,the lack of local ecological and cultural protection,and the lack of equitable benefit-achieving ability in the tourism development.In this paper,it is suggested that we should choose the appropriate model for local tourism development,and focus on the effect of community residents' participation.In addition,rational investments,the development of community residents participating in tourism products and tourism commodity production localization help to achieve the cultivation of the local industrial chain,establish a reasonable profit distribution mechanism;improve the participation depth and effect of the poor.
