With the rapid development of the Internet era,the popularity of the Internet in people's lives is getting higher and higher.Online shopping has become an indispensable part of people's lives.Under such a big era,e-commerce companies Development has begun to mature,and more and more companies want to gain a place in the e-commerce market.At the same time,with the continuous progress of the society,the people's income has been continuously improved,and the living standard has been continuously improved.The people's consumption upgrade has also prompted enterprises to pay attention not only to the traditional factors of good quality and low price of goods.Today's consumers are more concerned about their shopping experience.However,in order to gain the growth of users,enterprises must also find ways to attract users elsewhere while retaining existing users.Therefore,to enhance the shopping experience of consumers and maximize the satisfaction of consumers is the highest e-commerce enterprise.All need to pay attention to the issue.Based on this background,it is very important to consider the location of e-commerce enterprise warehouses in consideration of customer satisfaction.This dissertation firstly searches and combs related literatures according to the research objects and research contents of this dissertation,sorts out the related research on the location problem of clear nodes,classifies and summarizes the model construction and solving algorithms of location problems,and compares customer satisfaction.The research status at home and abroad is summarized,the research characteristics of this dissertation are expounded,and the application scope,advantages and disadvantages of various methods under different conditions are illustrated.The research method and model solving algorithm are established.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of logistics operation of enterprises,analyzes historical sales data and customer complaint data,finds some problems encountered in the current development of the enterprise,and clarifies the irrationality and drawbacks of current single warehouse delivery.There are certain problems in customer time satisfaction,logistics cost,logistics quality and shipping capacity.Increasing the number of warehouses can solve the above problems to some extent.Finally,the enterprise customer time satisfaction function is constructed.On this basis,the value weight of the enterprise to different needs is calculated,and the customer time satisfaction is carried out for subsequent research.Then the enterprise cost model is constructed,and in order to combine the actual situation of the enterprise,Emphasis on customer time satisfaction,increased part of the penalty cost,and established a multi-objective enterprise warehouse location model,making the entire model more in line with the company's usual business situation.The optimal use of the actual data related to the enterprise is substituted into the model and solved by genetic algorithm.In the solution,the results under different conditions are considered,and the results in each case are compared and analyzed to obtain the final conclusion.The feasibility of the result is proved by the actual situation.There are 24 figures and 21 tables in this dissertation.And 64 documents are referred to.
