Large-Scale sustainable construction project is a complex system engineering involving a wider range of stakeholders than traditional projects.Its main characteristics are: the diversity of the participants,the uniqueness of the organization,the long-term construction and the extensiveness of the influence and so on.Therefore,the sustainable goals of large-scale construction projects can not be achieved without long-term and effective cooperation between different organizations.At the same time,many unknown problems will be involved in the construction process of large-scale projects,which puts forward higher requirements for the cooperative ability of the organization,and it is difficult to solve this problem only from the perspective of organizational or project-level research.It is necessary to combine the essence of interorganization cooperation with the conditions for achieving sustainable goals and analyze the dynamic change characteristics of project cooperation network in order to find out the inherent influence mechanism between its change and the realization of sustainable goals.Promote successful delivery of large-scale sustainable construction projects through more efficient management of inter-organizational cooperation.In this paper,the definition and characteristics of large-scale sustainable construction projects are defined through systematic literature review,and the sustainability goals of large-scale projects are divided into three dimensions : environment,economy and society.This paper proposes a framework of research on the influence mechanism of cooperative network evolution based on complex network.Based on the modeling idea of complex network,this paper compares and analyzes the scale-free network model and the small-world network model,which are widely used at present.The BA scalefree network model uses an increasing number of ways to establish a connection with a known node with a certain probability.It avoids the appearance of isolated network.From the characteristics of organization behavior and network information propagation and aggregation,it has the advantage of WS small-world network and ER random network.Therefore,this paper chooses the BA scale-free network model as the structure of the complex network,and constructs the dynamic evolution model of the BA scale-free network based on the complex network.Finally,the simulation method is used to study the influence of network members based on complex network on the dynamic cooperation evolution of organizational network and the mechanism of further influence on project sustainability goals.The members of the network involved in the cooperation network of large-scale project organizations include government,owner,designer,main contractor,subcontractor,supervision,material supplier,etc.In the process of cooperation evolution,these subjects are interrelated and restrict each other.The relationship between interactions.The simulation results show that the organization with high node degree has a positive effect on the realization of the sustainable goal of the project,and the average path length of the cooperative network is negatively correlated with the sustainable goal.The intensity of inter-organizational cooperation has a positive impact on the achievement of sustainable goals of the project.The research in this paper provides a reference for exploring the evolution mechanism of inter-organizational cooperation of large-scale construction projects and mining the rules of organizational behavior by using complex networks to improve the performance of sustainable projects.
