Nowadays, under the policy of China's precise poverty alleviation, the fight against poverty has already completed the most difficult road, but to make people's lives happier,in addition to satisfying the minimum food and clothing conditions of residents, they also need to care about their living standards and social identity.Residents have a dignified life, and this is a deeper level of poverty alleviation.Subjective poverty is a kind of self-awareness of people's sense of poverty. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study subjective poverty. The study of subjective poverty is an innovation and development of existing theories, and it is to study poverty at a higher level than food and clothing.Studying the measurement of subjective poverty line and the influencing factors of subjective poverty will help all regions to formulate poverty lines according to local conditions, implement the national poverty alleviation and other policies that benefit the people's livelihood, and help China to adjust policy and improve the social security system.Reasonable and effective, providing a theoretical basis for the existing national poverty alleviation policy. This paper data source CGSS2015 and China Statistical Yearbook 2015 data. The content of empirical analysis is divided into two parts, one is to measure the subjective poverty line, and the other is to study the influencing factors of residents' subjective poverty. In the study of measuring the subjective poverty line, first of all,the total population, per capita GDP,per capita disposable income, registered unemployment rate, population density(by dividing the total population by area)and the lowest income answer questions(MIQ)Descriptive analysis of the average of the provinces, found that per capita GDP,MIQ answer mean, per capita disposable income, population density change trend similar, per capita GDP,per capita disposable income, population density, the answer to the lowest income problem The value will be higher, and the trend of unemployment and total number of people is irregular. Then use the SPL model, use OLS estimation and cross-analysis methods to estimate the subjective poverty line of 28 provinces and autonomous regions, and then estimate the subjective poverty rate of each region according to the subjective poverty line. The results show that the difference between the subjective poverty line and the subjective poverty rate in different regions is larger. The higher the subjective poverty line of the more developed large cities, the lower the incidence of subjective poverty in the higher subjective poverty line. The analysis of the different causes of the subjective poverty line in different regions shows that the per capita disposable income and population density are positively correlated with the subjective poverty line. The higher the per capita disposable income, the higher the subjective poverty line;the higher the population density In large areas, the higher the subjective poverty line.It shows that in provinces with better development, large population and good living standards, the higher the cost of living, the higher the income needed for the minimum life. Therefore, when formulating the poverty line, the government must not only formulate a national poverty line, but also develop a corresponding provincial poverty line.Only by taking into account differences in different regions can all residents enjoy a relatively reasonable and equal life.In the study of the influencing factors of subjective poverty, the descriptive analysis of the sample is firstly conducted to compare the local subjective poverty line obtained above with the annual per capita income of the family to obtain subjective poverty: if the per capita annual income of the family is greater than the subjective poverty line,It is said to be the main poor, and vice versa.Taking subjective poverty as the dependent variable,17 variables were selected as the independent variables from the six aspects of physical capital, demographic variables, personal attitudes, human capital, social security, and geographic regions, and appropriate assignments were applied. The Probit regression model was used.Factors affect the extent of residents' subjective poverty, and screen which factors have a significant impact on residents' subjective poverty. The results showed that family income, car ownership,age,self-rated family economics, social status, income justice, health, education, family members and geographic location all significantly affected subjective poverty. The higher the income, the family without car,the older the age,the self-identification of the family economic situation is better than others, the higher social status of the family, the relatively fair income, the better health, the higher education level, and the number of family members. The less people who live in cities, the less likely they are to suffer from subjective poverty. Moreover, the three variables selected in personal attitudes, including self-assessment of family economic grade, social status, and income justice, have significant effects on subjective poverty, indicating that individuals' sense of identity with themselves and society is an important part of reducing subjective poverty. Finally, based on the analysis results, summarize and put forward targeted suggestions: First, strengthen the poverty standard estimation and poverty theory innovation, second,it is necessary to adjust to the local poverty line, and third, the region should strengthen the introduction of talent and industry investment,It is to pay more attention to the public's mentality and create a harmonious society.
