Since the reform and opening up,China has made full use of resources,policies,labor and other advantages to attract external capital to various regions,and actively carried out investment attraction activities,which has become the strongest power to promote local economic development.China's governments attach great importance to investment attraction,and regard it as an important standard for assessing local governments,especially in western regions.Investment attraction has become an important means for local governments to develop economy,promote industrial aggregation,optimize industrial structure,improve economic increment and boost local employment.As the 15th state-level new area,Yunnan Dianzhong New Area has undertaken certain national missions and tasks,and is also an important growth pole of Yunnan's current economic development.In the past three years since its establishment,Yunnan Dianzhong New Area has also achieved rapid growth of various economic indicators.Among the 19 state-level new areas,Yunnan Dianzhong New Area ranks among the top in terms of growth rate of a number of economic indicators.In today's rapid economic development,the government increasingly recognize that investment leads the local economic growth and industrial structure adjustment in the fierce competitive environment.However,when investment promotion and capital introduction policy appeal become smaller,service products are contribute to keep the enterprise stay in the local development.This paper takes Yunnan Dianzhong New Area as the research object,starting from the perspective of service marketing,takes Yunnan Dianzhong New Area as the subject of service marketing,and introduces enterprises as the object of service marketing while takes the investment attraction activity as a special marketing activity.Through comparing state-level new area in the macroscopic and microscopic aspects,such as analyze the advantages and disadvantages,and finally from the 7 p service marketing vision,respectively from:product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,tangible demonstration analysis from several aspects.The paper studies the current situation of the investment attraction model of the Yunnan Dianzhong New Area As well as the problem in practice.
