K company is a large enterprise management software company,mainly for B-end users to provide enterprise management software,including ERP,cloud collaboration,HR and other software and cloud services,committed to become the first brand of enterprise cloud management in the cloud era.M Team is a new division of K Company,specializing in the design and development of mobile applications and web applications based on the new front-end framework for a leading cloud ERP product.The M team needs to dock with many other departments and modules,face the pressure of diversified requirements and rapid delivery,and is eager for Scrum applications.Full reimbursement project,as a key project of M team,the traditional waterfall management mode adopted by other projects before the project,project iteration is slow.In order to shorten the project cycle and meet the diversified market demands,it is necessary to apply Scrum framework to the project management.It is also hoped that the project will be taken as an opportunity to find a feasible way for the software development team of waterfall flow management mode.This paper takes K company as the research object and the whole staff reimbursement project as a practical project.Starting with the theoretical knowledge of Scrum framework,this paper analyzes the characteristics of Scrum framework,compares the traditional waterfall flow management model,finds out the advantages of agile management and Scrum framework,and analyzes the industry background,enterprise background and existing problems of K company step by step.Based on Scrum project,it puts forward the improvement strategy,and practices and improves it through the full compensation project.Finally,this paper summarizes the experience and lessons,and defines the future research direction.
