The evaluation of personnel-post matching in guaranty companies in China is the need to promote the talent development of guaranty companies and maintain national financial security.Establishing an evaluation system for personnel-post matching in guarantee enterprises is an important problem that needs to be studied and solved urgently at present,and also an objective requirement for sustainable development of financial industry.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant theories,and holds that the matching between people and positions is a very important work in human resources management.Human resources management should start from the post,determine people by the post,and take into account the people-oriented,interaction between people and positions,so as to achieve a virtuous circle between people and positions,so as to maximize the benefits of human capital.Then,this paper analyses the current situation of post management of Henan Green City Guarantee Co.,Ltd.and holds that Henan Green City Guarantee Co.,Ltd.should have a new understanding of this.Starting from the long-term interests,it should make a good overall plan for talents,set up and carefully cultivate its own guarantee business departments,do a good job in regular education and training,and let scientific recruitment take the place of traditional recruitment.Only in this way can it serve as a substitute for traditional recruitment.Enterprises efficiently recruit good talents,and constantly inject fresh blood into the enterprise to keep it vigorous.Then,it introduces the management scheme of Person-Post matching in Henan Greentown Guarantee Co.,Ltd.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation of the management scheme of Person-Post matching in Henan Greentown Guarantee Co.,Ltd.Through the forms of job description and defense,statistics of basic human resources information and confirmation of key post information,it finds out the existing problems of Person-Post matching,and subsequently through training and development,salary adjustment and staff confirmation.Four aspects of industrial relations and recruitment management constantly improve the matching degree of the whole company,so as to improve the overall quality of the company and achieve effective matching between people and positions.
