The Study Of Coordinated Development Of Modern Service Industry And Advanced Manufacturing Industry In China

With the rapid development of global information technology,the trend of "industrial economy" gradually shifting to "service economy" is obvious.Under the condition of deepening the social division of labor,the service industry is slowly independent from the inside of the manufacturing industry,and the modern service industry,characterized by "new",thrives and plays an increasingly important role in the process of economic development.In addition,the development of advanced manufacturing industry has attracted much attention because of the rising labor cost,the tightening of resource and environmental bottleneck constraints and the rapidly changing international competitive environment.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress clearly states that: "Accelerate the construction of manufacturing power,accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing industry",firmly implement "promote industrial optimization and upgrading,accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing industry,modern service industry,and promote China's industry towards the high and mid grade of the global value chain." The "Made in China 2025" program emphasizes: "We should speed up the coordinated development of manufacturing and service industries and promote business innovation." The 2019 economic Work Conference of Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee clearly pointed out that promoting the high quality of manufacturing development,promoting the deep fusion of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry,promoting the formation of a strong domestic market and enhancing the overall level of the national economy.Under this background,it is important to the study of coordinated development of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry in China in order to promote the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure and enhance the quality of economic development.In this paper,30 provinces and municipalities in China as the research object,2007-2016 as the research period,first of all,the connotation of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry is defined,the theoretical basis and development mechanism of coordinated development of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry are described,and the development status of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry in China is analyzed.Through the input-output table,the distribution destination and consumption proportion of intermediate output between modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry are clarified.Secondly,the paper establishes the Comprehensive Development Index system of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry,uses the coupling synergy model based on entropy method to measure the coupling degree and coordination degree level,reveals the degree and interaction characteristics of inter-industry coordination,and carries on the regional difference analysis,the spatiotemporal evolution analysis.The analysis results show that: In the 2007-2016,the level of coordinated development between modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry in China has changed from intermediate integration to good integration.and China's east,middle and West three regional integration degree regional differences are obvious,the Eastern region > The Central Region > the western region.From the perspective of the spatial pattern of coordination degree,the level of coordinated development of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry in China in the 2007 presents the spatial pattern of "three excellent seven good thirteen medium and seven primary";The development situation of China's modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry in the 2016 presents the spatial pattern of "six excellent twelve good nine medium and three primary ".The level of coordinated development of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry in China is constantly being optimized.Finally,based on the mechanism of coordinated development,the analysis framework of influencing factors of coordinated development of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry is established,and the influence factors are analyzed by using dynamic Panel data model,and the results show that the degree of government intervention and resource and environmental constraints can inhibit the coordinated development of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry,human capital,level of economic development,capital investment,level of science and technology investment and marketization level can promote the coordinated development of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry in China.
