Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Development Of Dongning Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives In Black Fungus

The farmer cooperatives are an innovative rural cooperative economic organization that is proposed and supported by the state to achieve agricultural modernization and solve agricultural problems.The development of farmer cooperatives is not only an important means of developing and strengthening the collective economy,but also an innovative way to develop modern agriculture.The rural collective economy can effectively promote the development of China’s vast rural economy and improve the price and quality of agricultural products.The competitiveness of domestic and foreign markets promotes the economic income of farmers.Since the promulgation and implementation of the Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives Law,it’s have increased exponentially over the past few years,and its development momentum is good.Its development has been supported and valued by the state,and it has also been recognized by farmers.Therefore,strengthening the promotion and construction of farmers’ professional cooperatives is one of the important ways to increase farmers’ income,improve the level of national agricultural construction,and promote the construction of a new socialist countryside.However,from the current situation,farmers’ professional cooperatives are also facing many development problems,and different products in different regions will face different problems.The operation mechanism of the operation and management system is not perfect,lack of professionals,low level of cooperation content,and lack of financial services.In recent years,Dongning City has adopted the black fungus industry as the main point of increasing farmers’ income.Dongning City has built and owned the country’s largest trading market,production base and advanced production technology and industrial system.In additional,Dongning Black Fungus has been certified by the Ministry of Agriculture as a geographical indication agricultural product,and has become one of the first agricultural products protected.This industry has a dominant position in the economic development of Dongning City and the increase of farmers’ income,which has important practical significance for the construction of new rural areas.Although the number and scale of cooperatives in Dongning City have been greatly developed,there are also many problems.Based on the problems existing in the development of black fungus farmers’ cooperatives in Dongning at present stage,this study conducts a systematic and comprehensive study of black fungus farmers’ cooperatives in Dongning through literature induction,questionnaire survey and case analysis,and finds four main problems: 1.The structure of black fungus farmers’ cooperatives in Dongning is aging,and their innovation is insufficient;2.Cooperation;Economic constraints of cooperatives;3.Challenges faced by black fungus farmers’ cooperatives;4.Industrial chain problems of cooperatives.In order to think about and put forward four main effective countermeasures in line with the development of professional cooperatives of black fungus farmers in Dongning City;1.Strengthen the introduction of talents and the cultivation of cooperative leaders and members;2.Standardize the planting technology and management system of cooperatives;3.Increase scientific research investment and explore new cooperative models;4.The government formulates an environment suitable for the development of cooperatives.In summary,based on the lessons learned and the successful experience of foreign farmers’ professional cooperatives,this study analyzes the black fungus farmers’ professional cooperatives in Dongning City,and proposes a professional of black fungus farmers.This paper proposes forward-looking and operability effective countermeasures in line with the development of the professional cooperatives of black fungus farmers in Dongning.
