As an important means of transportation in the modern horizontal and vertical fields,elevators are becoming more and more popular by the public due to various elevators and injuries.However,most of the media or the public pay more attention to the brand of elevators or It is the manufacturer of elevators,and occasionally there are elevator safety accidents.The printers are also the elevator manufacturers.For the tens of thousands of agents with elevator installation and maintenance qualifications in the country and nearly one million employees of these countries.The degree of attention is obviously insufficient.Compared with the elevator manufacturer,the number of employees and the social responsibility of the agent companies may be greater.Therefore,how to ensure the survival and development of these enterprises is crucial.As an agent agency mainly based on agency sales,its existence is necessary,and its development direction is also there.Few people in the industry specifically analyze this.Founded in 2006,Jilin Jiexun Elevator Co.,Ltd.is mainly engaged in the sales,installation and maintenance of elevators and their parts.The company employs nearly 100 people and has an annual output value of nearly 40 million.It has 4 branches in Changchun,Songyuan,Baicheng and Wulanhaote.The company,according to its business module,is mainly divided into three departments: sales,installation and maintenance,and human resources and finance as auxiliary departments.After more than 10 years of development,it has grown into a top ten enterprise in the elevator agent industry in Jilin Province,and has formed long-term cooperative customer relationships with many developers and enterprises.This article takes the company as an example,through the analysis of the company's current situation and problems,using PEST analysis,Porter's five-force model analysis,analysis of its internal development,competition in the external industry,and then using SWOT matrix analysis to find out Barriers to business and enterprise development,develop an overall strategy for business development and a functional development strategy for each functional department.Finally,through theoretical analysis,it is concluded that Jilin Jiexun Elevator will implement a business diversification strategy and establish three business divisions: sales,installation and maintenance,and all three divisions will have the ability to operate independently.As a whole,strengthen the brand building of the “Jie Xun” brand as an agent enterprise,strengthen human resource management,formulate perfect performance appraisal and performance allocation plan,provide reasonable promotion channels for employees;broaden marketing channels,encourage full name marketing,and spread The risk of major customer loss;financial planning in advance,controlling the company's asset-liability ratio,ensuring good cash flow can maximize the profit by sacrificing certain payment methods;strictly control the installation level,stable installation team,Integrate upstream and downstream superior resources,and strive to become a strategic subcontractor of the top ten manufacturers in one or two industries;improve the quality of after-sales maintenance and repair,do a good job in customer relationship management,and provide stability to the company through long-term maintenance and major revisions.Source of income.In addition to the profitability of the sales department,the installation department can independently undertake the installation projects of other companies in addition to installing the elevators of its own company.In addition to maintaining its own elevators,the maintenance department can also repair and maintain elevators of other brands of other companies.Improve the company's long-term development strategy by improving the independent viability of the various departments of the sales,installation and maintenance departments and the overall degree of cooperation.
