Online Financial Management Process Optimization Of A Logistics Enterprise

China's logistics enterprises,especially the third-party logistics enterprises,have developed rapidly,but compared with foreign third-party logistics enterprises,there is still much room for development.With the development of Internet technology,the traditional financial management process of logistics enterprises can not meet the needs of enterprise development.It is necessary to optimize the original financial management process in the new era.Firstly,this paper analyses the business management process and financial management process of A logistics enterprise,makes an overall analysis of the standardized business process,refines the operation process and links,and makes a detailed analysis of the links between business and financial integration,so as to form a complete business and financial management chain and integrated management.This paper makes detailed analysis of the business process under the integrated business scenario of trunk warehousing in A logistics enterprise,from customer booking task,task execution to the whole process of goods delivery to warehouse.The business process under the scenario of integration of warehousing and distribution is analyzed,and each operation link is analyzed in detail.On this basis,the financial management process analysis is made,and business process links are closely linked with it.Furthermore,the accounting process,reconciliation process and settlement process in financial management are analyzed in detail.Based on the analysis of the existing business processes and financial processes,the problems are summarized and analyzed,and the causes of the problems are pointed out.After analysis,it is found that the main problems of A logistics enterprise are low accuracy of accounting,low efficiency of process management,low cost control ability,poor overall financial control ability and management level,and a targeted qualitative and quantitative analysis is made.On the basis of the analysis of the current financial situation and problems,this paper optimizes the financial management process.Firstly,it deeply analyses the influencing factors and the advantages of online financial management.Secondly,it optimizes the online financial management process.At the same time,it puts forward design suggestions for the optimization of organizational structure.Based on the current Internet information technology,it designs logistics.Informatization platform,and the effect of optimization is evaluated,and the conclusion of online financial management process optimization is drawn.The existing problems in the implementation process are analyzed,and corresponding implementation safeguards are designed.Financial management has changed from manual operation to on-line management.I hope that the research in this paper can provide guidance for the third-party logistics enterprises.
