Awareness And Satisfaction Of Major Illness Insurance For Urban And Rural Residents In Shijiazhuang City-An Insurance Survey Report

With the gradual strengthening of China's comprehensive national strength,the government's emphasis on national social security is increasing.As an important part of social security,medical expenditure is closely related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.After years of hard work,China has fully realized the basic medical insurance system and solved the basic medical needs of the people.However,there are still a large number of people who are poor and return to poverty because of the large expenditure of medical expenses.In view of this,the Chinese government began to explore the protection of major illness insurance in 2009,and until 2015,comprehensively carried out the system of major illness insurance for urban and rural residents.Shijiazhuang City actively responded to the policy call.Since 2013,it has successively introduced plans.After four years of practice,it will fully implement the urban and rural residents' major illness insurance policy in 2017.Since the implementation of the policy,it has concentrated on treating a large number of seriously ill patients and alleviating their family medical burden,avoiding the phenomenon of “Returning To Poverty Due To Illness And Becoming Poor Due To Illness”.This article is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction.In this part,it mainly explains the background of the topic,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,introduces the research methods used,and points out the innovation and inadequacies of the article.The second part introduces the implementation status of the major illness insurance for urban and rural residents in Shijiazhuang City,and specifically introduces the cooperation between the participating entities of the major illness insurance,policy coverage,overall planning level and security level,reimbursement system and claims,financing methods and capital operation.The third part is the research design of this survey,introduces the purpose and object of this survey,and also explains in detail the content of the questionnaire and the basis for setting the problem.The fourth part firstly explained the recovery of the questionnaire,mainly the detailed descriptive analysis of the content of the questionnaire.The fifth part is to make targeted suggestions based on the analysis results of the questionnaire.The sixth part is a summary of the content of this article.
