| Versatility is the essential attribute of rural area.With the advent of the post-industrial era,the countryside has been injected with more new functions,but at the same time,there is a disordered development without planning,with mixed functions and fuzzy development orientation.The contradiction between urban and rural dual relationship is prominent;rural diseases,lack of momentum for development and other issues.Therefore,the study of rural area versatility is extremely urgent.From the condition of market demand,rural resources endowment,the Angle of view,such as rural regional dominant function positioning and development mode,clarify function internal interaction and its impact on rural development,not only helps relieve contradiction of population and land,harmonious relationship between urban and rural areas,and as a country to promote the path to the quantitative study opened a new perspective.Paper takes Jinan region as the research object,by collecting relevant data,combined with the GIS platform,data processing software of SPSS,to realize rural regional spatial analysis function,determine the Jinan dominant function and regional model township development,clarify compensation trade-off between objective function and influence on rural development levels,different regional rural revitalization of the implementation path is put forward.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Summarize the research progress of rural development from the perspective of functions at home and abroad,and deeply analyze relevant concepts and basic theories of rural areas;Comprehensive analysis of rural areas multifunctional connotation and influencing factors.(2)The framework of multi-functional index system in rural areas was constructed,and the spatial zoning and intensity analysis of various functions were conducted with the help of clustering method.The results show that the multi-function comprehensive value is enhanced from the center to the periphery.Agricultural product production,land ecological function,social security function,economic development function high,low value area distribution and different geographical location,social and economic development background is closely related.(3)Analyze the dominant functions of towns and villages in different regions of Jinan and locate the regional development model.According to the differences in dominant functions,social needs and resource endowments in different regions,the rural development mode of Jinan is divided into rapid urbanization mode,residence,industry,tourism development mode,agricultural multi-functional development mode,modern agricultural specialized production mode,multi-subject driving mode of agricultural and industrial enterprises,and rural complex development mode.(4)Use standard regression coefficient method to explore the interaction relationship between regional multi-function and various functional indicators,and clarify the relationship between multi-function compensation and substitution.The economic development of towns and villages in Jinan has corresponding compensation to the social security function and substitution effect to the land ecological construction.Both social security and rural tourism development have compensation effect on ecology.With the aid of graph theory and decision tree method,the indexes with the largest compensatory effect and the smallest substitution effect are selected to construct the evaluation framework of Jinan rural development.The regression coefficient verifies that the compensation function has a positive impact on rural development and has different influence levels,among which the economic construction and rural tourism development function have the largest impact on rural development.Finally,the paper puts forward the path of rural revitalization in different regions and relevant policy enlightenment. |
