Emerging mobile Internet technologies,represented by big data,are affecting the needs of consumers and businesses,and have a huge impact on the financial industry through indirect and direct impact.Under the influence of emerging technologies,new financial industrial structure is being rebuilt.The biggest impact is the commercial banks facing many unprecedented multinational competitors.The banking market structure and business processes will undergo tremendous changes,and domestic commercial banks have opened up.The choice of online channels such as online banking and mobile banking has continuously exploited and seized new markets with its low cost and convenience.However,at present,domestic commercial banks are facing a large contraction of offline channel services and weak online business development.The channel of business channel integration is not effective.What will be the development of the new channel convergence direction?The integrated development of online and offline channels will be the key to the future competitiveness of commercial banks.The impact on commercial banks and how to deal with these changes,how to use new integration methods to attract quality customers and precipitate customers is the construction and development of all banks today.The new topic is also the topic that this article will explore.On the other hand,with the continuous changes in macroeconomics and the development and use of financial big data in recent years,the growing Internet finance poses a huge threat to the traditional banking industry today.~What is particularly striking is that Internet finance continues to seize the financial market by using advanced online channels and online products.It not only replaces the traditional intermediary's payment intermediary function and credit intermediary function,but also quickly encroaches on the traditional bank's customer resources.In response to the crisis,traditional banks are experiencing an unprecedented business transformation,which is not simply in channel transformation,but also in the traditional growth of traditional banks in the new era.This paper uses the case study method to start from the well-known M bank's online and offline channel integration transformation case,through field research,summarizes the development process and current situation of M-bank offline online retail business channel.According to the analysis in different stages of channel integration,it concluded that M Bank's online and offline retail business channel integration processes have a serious of homogenization in retail business with backwards data processing and application mechanism.Both traditional offline and online retail business are facing to different challenges and the human resources shortages illustrate the demand of talent for retail-bank transformation.It analyzes the incentives of the situation and gives suggestions:the use of big data to optimize online and offline retail-business integration,strong data core processing capabilities,the demand to increase financial innovation,and the demand to strengthen the industry's talent training system.
