Research On Working Capital Management Of GM Company In O2O Mode

In recent years,the rapid rise of e-commerce has put a lot of pressure on the traditional retail industry.In order to find new profit growth points,a large number of traditional enterprises have transformed into 020 that are integrated online and offline.In the process of enterprise transformation,the management of working capital directly affects the profitability and operational efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the issue of working capital management in the process of enterprise transformation to 020 mode.This paper analyzes the status quo of working capital management and the performance of working capital in the process of transformation of retail enterprises,and puts forward the problems and optimization suggestions in the management of working capital,which provides reference for the working capital management of GM and other enterprises that have transformed to 020 modeThis paper adopts the case study method,taking GM company as an example to analyze the impact of 020 model on the management of working capital of the enterprise,and points out the problems and solutions of working capital management.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.From the research background and research significance,it summarizes the related literatures of 020 business model and working capital management,and explains the research ideas,research methods and research innovations.The second chapter of this paper is related to the theoretical basis,mainly related to the concepts and theories of 020 business model and working capital management.The third chapter introduces GM company as a case,introduces the basic situation of GM company,then analyzes the current situation of working capital management under 020 mode,and puts forward its shortcomings in working capital management under 020 mode.The fourth chapter provides relevant suggestions for the shortcomings in the management of working capital pointed out in Chapter 3.The fifth chapter summarizes the article,points out the shortcomings in the paper,and looks forward to the next research direction.Through the research on the working capital management of GM company under O2O model,the author found that the turnover speed of inventory and receivables of GM company was improved after the transformation of O2O model,and the marketing channel performance was also improved to a certain extent.However,the transformation is not plain sailing.GM mainly has problems such as unreasonable structure of current assets and current liabilities,and insignificant improvement of marketing channel working capital performance.This paper believes that the above problems can be solved by forming a good cooperative relationship with suppliers,enriching financing channels,jointly managing inventory with suppliers,strengthening logistics construction and improving customer service.The innovation of this paper lies in the combination of O2O mode and the study of working capital management,the analysis and research of the impact of O2O mode on retail enterprises,and the optimization Suggestions on how to strengthen the working capital management in the transformation process.This paper not only enriches the existing research on the working capital management of retail enterprises,but also has reference significance and some new ideas for the future transformation of similar enterprises into O2O.
