Study On The Problems Existing In The Construction Of Small Towns With Characteristics In Yingshang County And The Countermeasures

Since the official release of the list of the first characteristic towns in Zhejiang Province in June 2015,characteristic towns have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.Yingshang County has also seized the opportunity of development,fully excavated historical and human resources,and made great efforts to build eco-cultural tourism scenic spots,high standards,high starting point,and high quality construction of tourism towns and infrastructure.A number of characteristic towns with tourism as the center have been built,such as the Balihe town,which focuses on wetland tourism,the garden town characterized by the amorous feel:ings of the Republic of China and ten thousand mu of Ziwei Garden,and so on.This paper takes the construction of Yingshang County characteristic town as the research object,and through SWOT analysis method,clarifies the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the internal and external environment in the construction of "Yingshang County characteristic town.Further analyze the existing problems and explore solutions.As a deeply poor area with underdeveloped industry,Yingshang County has played a great role in promoting economic development,helping to get rid of poverty and promoting inf:rastructure upgrading.According to the rich characteristics of natural resources and agricultural resources in Yingshang County,the concept of"global tourism" is established,and the development road of agricultural tourism town with tourism industry as the pillar is explored.In the past three years,Yingshang County has made outstanding and remarkable achievements in the construction of characteristic towns.However,there are also some problems to be solved,such as the lack of in-depth research on the understanding of characteristic towns,the lack of scientific planning,and the lack of high-end industrial support.Funds,land,public services and other elements of inadequate security and the lack of enforceable evaluation and acceptance standards and so on.Therefore,we must strengthen the industrial support,strengthen the factor guarantee and perfect the evaluation and acceptance standard from the aspects of highlighting the regional characteristics of the characteristic town,finding the correct position,strengthening the industrial support,perfecting the evaluation and acceptance standard,etc.,in order to promote the smooth development of the construction of the characteristic town in Yingshang County.
