Financial leasing is a form of non-bank financial.In recent years,China's economic development model has gradually changed from an extensive economic development model to an intensive economic development model,along with the rapid development of emerging industries and manufacturing industries,and the continuous transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,the demand for high-end equipment.At the same time,with the infrastructure construction and people's livelihood projects in the central and western regions,the demand for equipment is increasing day by day,and the Chinese financial leasing industry has correspondingly developed a relatively broad space for development.With the development of the industry,financial leasing companies are faced with many financial risks.However,regarding the financial risk control of financial leasing companies,China still lacks mature and systematic research.How to manage financial risks effectively by financial leasing companies is what they want.One of the important issues facing further development.Therefore,in order to make the financial leasing industry in China develop steadily,it is necessary to study the financial risk management of financial leasing companies.This paper firstly expounds the background,research significance and research status of financial risk control of financial leasing enterprises.Then it introduces the meaning of financial leasing and the main business types,the financial risk of financial leasing enterprises and the types of risks.Afterwards,A-rental Co.,Ltd.was used as an example to analyze the current situation of financial risk management,and the problems in the financial risk management and the causes of the problems were raised according to the management status.Finally,suggestions for improvement and safeguard measures were proposed.This paper combines the topic of risk management that enterprises are most concerned with,and discusses the current situation and problems of financial risk management by taking A financing leasing company as an example,and proposes corresponding solutions,which will study the risk management of financial leasing enterprises.It is helpful and provides data support for large-scale research in the future.
