The Effect Evaluation And Analysis Of The Affecting Factors Of The Driving Effects On Farmers Of Agricultural Leading Enterprises

At present,to respond to the new normal,we carry out the sweeping supply-side reform.The agricultural supply-side reform attaches more importance to the elevation of the quality and the effectiveness to establish the effective supply of the agricultural products with reasonable structure and reliable supply to strengthen agriculture,to benefit farmers and raise rural living standards.In line with the research data,the leading enterprises play a virtuous and interactive role in leading the farmers and the enterprises themselves.Thus,this dissertation will make a systematic analysis of the driving effects of the different grades' leading enterprises.Chapter 15 this dissertation analyzes the status quo of the driving effects of the leading enterprises in light of some literature.Approaching from the basic study of the agricultural leading enterprises,it found theoretical and practical researching paths to study the driving effects and has confirmed the method of a combination of theory and practice.Chapter 2,according to previous study,the concerned concepts in the study of the driving effects has been confirmed.The necessity to study the driving effects has been proved by the related theories from the economics and management.Chapter 3,Based on the investigation data of the 119 different-grades agricultural leading enterprises in Nanjing and seen from the perspective of production and operation,the classification of the agricultural leading enterprises do have a promotional role in its operation and development after a descriptive statistical analysis.Chapter 4,this dissertation uses empirical analysis method,using drive efficiency as a measure of driving effects and selecting the number and increased income of driven farmers based on both quantity and quality of driving effects as the output variables,and selecting some index,such as raw materials procurement value of the main agricultural products,investments in construction of agricultural products base,number of farmer employers,salary and welfare as the input variables.Also it uses DEA to calculate the leading effectiveness of the leading enterprises,comparing the difference of the effectiveness between different-grades leading enterprises.Chapter 5,this dissertation adopts Tobit model to analyze the factors that affect the driving effects of the leading enterprises.Chapter 6,this part will put forward the suggestions and advice to promote the development of Nanjing's agricultural leading enterprises after a comprehensive analysis of the driving effects of the different-grades enterprises and an analysis of the affecting factors.
